PREFERENTIAL TERMS “EARLY PAYMENT BEFORE OCTOBER 19, 2026” FOR PARTICIPANTS, THEIR TEACHERS, CONCERTMASTERS, ESCORTS AND GUESTS OF OUR INTERNATIONAL MUSIC EVENTS IN ANTALYA (TURKEY) JANUARY 28 – FEBRUARY 04, 2027:

WHEN SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION BEFORE OCTOBER 14, 2026 THE FOLLOWING PREFERENTIAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO FULL PAYMENT UNTIL OCTOBER 19, 2026 (PARTICIPATION FEES AND ACCOMMODATION FEES):
* PARTICIPANTS receive a 5% discount on fees for participation in face—to-face events (January 28- February 04, 2027);
* “PARTICIPANTS” are offered free participation in two international distance competitions —
“XII CANTILENA” and “XXI CA ART WORLD”, as well as a 40% discount on fees for participation in all other international distance competitions hosted on the website. caspiartcompetitions.com and held until December 31, 2026, the schedule of remote contests is a Link to the schedule
* TEACHERS who came to the events with their participating students will receive a free publication of an article on a musical topic in our electronic journal (after approval of the material by the editorial board of the journal; the deadline for submitting the article is no later than 10/14/2026, the journal’s website — https://caspiartdergisi.com ), and to all students of these teachers (regardless of whether students participate in our face-to-face January events or not) — 40% discount on fees for participation in our international distance competitions, which will be held until December 31, 2026;
* CONCERTMASTERS of participants — free participation in two international remote competitions — “XII CANTILENA” and “XXI CA ART WORLD” — in the “Concertmaster” category, as well as a 40% discount on fees for participation in all other international remote competitions posted on the website caspiartcompetitions.com and the schedule of remote contests held until December 31, 2026 – Link to the schedule
* TEACHERS whose students participate in the events, CONCERTMASTERS of the participants, as well as ACCOMPANYING PERSONS and GUESTS receive a 3% discount on accommodation.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
* to participate in remote contests with a 40% discount, you must use a promo code, which can be requested by e-mail to the organizing committee, enclosing a receipt for payment of the fee for participation and accommodation at face-to-face events (January 28 – February 4, 2027).;
* if one person is both a participant and an accompanying person, preferential conditions apply for the participant.;
* the above-mentioned preferential terms “EARLY PAYMENT BEFORE OCTOBER 19, 2026” cannot be combined with other discounts (if any).
