All events (contests, festivals, vocal and choral congress, etc.) are held within the framework of the international project “CASPI ART — MUSICAL BRIDGES”.
At the time specially designated by the organizing committee in the program, the participants will be solemnly presented with diplomas awarded based on the results of the competitions. Certificates of participation in individual project events will be sent by e-mail or available for download in accordance with the procedure established by the organizing committee within five days after the completion of the events (after February 4, 2027).
There will be no changes in the dates of the contest and festival (01/28/2027 – 02/04/2027), living conditions and financial conditions of accommodation, conditions of participation in the contest and festival (financial conditions and which program they can participate in).
Due to the great interest in the project, there are many wishes and suggestions, and additions are possible in this regard (partners will be added, international ensembles, choirs and orchestras from among the participants of the events, solo, ensemble, choral and orchestral master classes and concerts are possible on the dates of the above events, the organization of an international conferences, solfeggio competitions, etc.). If the organizing committee of the above-mentioned events decides to create international ensembles, choir and orchestra, then this will be announced before 05.01.2027. and the notes will be sent to everyone who wants to participate (in an ensemble, choir, orchestra) for learning.

We will be glad to welcome you to our CADENZA International Music Competition and the CADENZA FEST International Music Festival, which will be held in the hall of the new modern five-star hotel, which began operating in 2024. The elegant design, high level of comfort, SPA complex, swimming pool and fitness center will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. Due to the convenient location of the hotel, it takes about 7-10 minutes by car to the city center, and about 12-15 minutes to Antalya Airport. We are sure that the combination of the festival, the competition, recreation and communication will leave the contestants and their accompanying persons with only positive emotions.

International festivals and competitions open up new creative horizons, give an incentive to create, perform, and surprise. And most importantly, festivals and competitions connect generations, the experience of professionals and the desire of young people to reach the heights of creativity.
The idea of the international festival and competition is an opportunity for creative teams and individual performers and participants to demonstrate their creative abilities. The international competition opens up new creative horizons for all gifted people.
Our International Competition and Festival is organized on a broad democratic platform, is a public event, therefore, students and graduates, as well as teachers of children’s music schools, children’s art schools, colleges and gymnasiums of arts, houses and centers of children’s, folk art, students of educational institutions, art schools, schools, conservatories, ensembles, orchestras and choirs, students, graduates and teachers of music and art academies, as well as other educational institutions, representing all types and genres of artistic creation represented in the regulations of our competition.
The competition uses not a competitive, but a qualification principle for evaluating the competition program, taking into account the age of the participants.
Each participant is free to choose the repertoire for the competition. The participants of the competition in the musical genre can perform works by sheet music or by heart.
The purpose of the international competition and festival is to identify talented, bright and creative individuals, as well as the opportunity to share creative achievements.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use and distribute (without paying royalties to participants) video recordings, printed and other products produced during and following the above-mentioned events. The Organizing Committee has the right to publish on our official website any video materials sent by the participants of our events at the disposal of the organizing committee.
The conductors of choirs and orchestras (15 or more participants in an orchestra or choir) may, if desired, participate in the composition of the competition jury along with the main jury of the competition.
The jury of the competition cannot evaluate their students and pupils (in this case, their choir, orchestra, and collective, respectively).
Conductors are provided with accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee for the duration of the festival and competition with the participation of their orchestra or choir in the festival or competition (15 or more participants in the orchestra or choir).
The head of the delegation from an organization (public or private) is provided with accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee during the festival and the competition, with the participation of 25 or more contestants from the same organization (educational institution, philharmonic society, etc.), which is represented by the head. If this is a choir or orchestra in the above number, then accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee is provided to both the conductor and the head of the delegation.
Teachers in the nominations specified in the terms of the competition and the festival, who will come to the competition and the festival with their students, can apply for participation in the competition jury, if desired.
The Chairman and members of the jury cannot evaluate their students and students by specialty and their teams.
Also, teachers in their specialty who came to the competition and festival with their students can optionally participate in master classes with the participants of the competition and festival (if desired by the participant).
Concert pianists who have come to the competition and festival to accompany their soloists can also provide piano accompaniment to other participants of our events who have arrived without an accompanist. After the approval of participation as an accompanist (accompanist), the distribution of the soloist (who came to the competition or festival without an accompanist) is carried out by the organizing committee.
A digital piano with 88 keys is provided to accompany competitive and festival performances.
After reviewing the applications for participation in the jury, master classes and as a concertmaster (accompanist), you will be contacted by the means of communication indicated in the application.

The schedule of the competition and the festival will be published on the website until 28.01.2027. All announcements and up-to-date information on organizational issues will be published on the event website before and during the event period.
Festival nominations
The festival’s nominations are identical to the vocal and instrumental performance nominations of the CADENZA competition and involve both individual performers and creative teams, including ensembles, choirs and orchestras.
The contest's nominations
- Keyboard instruments: bayan, accordion, digital piano (soloists, 4-hand ensembles, duets); concertmaster (accompanist on digital piano).
- String instruments: classical, folk, modern (soloists and groups)
- Wind instruments: classical, folk, modern (soloists and groups)
- Percussion and plucked instruments: classical, folk, modern (soloists and groups)
- Vocals – academic, folk, modern (soloists and groups)
- Chamber and orchestral music: classical, folk, modern.
- Choir — academic, folk, modern
- Conducting — conducting with choir, orchestra and piano accompaniment (classical, folk, modern music)
- Composition, instrumentation, arrangement, processing (classical, folk, modern music). The score of the composition, arrangements, instrumentation in A4 or A3 format, or the recording of the composition, arrangements. YouTube instrumentation or performance of a composition, arrangement, instrumentation (soloist, ensemble, orchestra, choir).
The age of the participants is calculated on the first day of the competition.

Category A A: up to 8 years old — Free program for 5 minutes maximum
Category A: 9-10 years old — Free program for 8 minutes maximum
Category B: 11-13 years old — Free program for 10 minutes maximum
Category C: 14-16 years old — Free program for 10 minutes maximum
Category D: 17-19 years old — Free program for 15 minutes maximum
Category E: 20 -27 years old — Free program for 15 minutes maximum
Category F: no age restrictions — Free program for 15 minutes maximum
Category G: Teacher – Student — Free program 15 minutes maximum

All participants are given a certificate of the contest participant.
The results of the competition are summarized in all nominations separately, taking into account the categories.
The jury has the right to award not all prizes.
There is no limit to the number of diplomas in each nomination. All participants have Certificates of the contest participant.
For collectives (orchestras, choirs), diplomas and certificates are issued in the name of the collective.
There are Certificates of Appreciation for the heads, teachers and concertmasters of the competition and the festival.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL:
Concerts of soloists, ensembles, orchestras, and choirs are planned at the festival in the musical genre.
The festival participants will participate in the concert program of the festival.
If you wish to give a solo concert or a concert of one ensemble or collective or a concert of a certain organization (educational institution, philharmonic society, etc.) within the framework of the festival, please indicate this in the appropriate column of the application for participation in the festival. The conditions depend on the specific request. You will be contacted after receiving the information.
To correspond with the organizing committee of the contest and festival, please download WhatsApp or IMO.The Organizing Committee uses these two applications to communicate with the participants of the events.
The venues of concerts and the schedule of concerts and events are determined by the organizing committee of the festival.

Additional information on contributions:
The commission and transfer costs are paid by the contestant! Please make sure that the amount of the funds transferred corresponds to the amount of the participation fee, excluding the bank’s commission (the commission is paid by the contestants themselves, the transfer fee depends on the bank).
Applications with incomplete payment of the participation fee will be cancelled. In case of incomplete payment of the contribution, the funds will not be refunded.
Payment of the fee is made after confirmation of your application.
The confirmation will be sent to your email address specified in the application.
If the contestant changes his mind about participating in the contest after paying the participation fee, the transferred fee will not be refunded.

Hotel accommodation for participants of the contest and festival, persons accompanying the contestants, as well as guests of our events.
Stay period: from 01/28/2027 (check—in from 14:00) to 02/04/2027 (check-out before 12:00) – 8 days / 7 nights.
A quadruple room costs 41 eours per person per night. Breakfast is included.
The room has one double bed and two single beds.
The total cost of accommodation for the entire period (8 days / 7 nights) in a quadruple room is 287 euros per person.
Triple room — 45 euros per person per night. Breakfast is included.
The room has one double bed and one single bed.
The total cost of accommodation for the entire period (8 days / 7 nights) in a triple room is 315 euros per person.
Double room — 49 euros per person per night. Breakfast is included.
There are two types of rooms available:
a) with one double bed;
b) with two single beds.
The total cost of accommodation for the entire period (8 days / 7 nights) in a double room is 343 euros per person.

If you wish to arrive earlier than the start date of the events (28.01.2027) or leave later than the end date (04.02.2027), you must contact the organizing committee in advance.
In case of late check-in or early check-out, the cost of accommodation will not be recalculated. Accommodation is paid in full for the entire period — from 01/28/2027 to 02/04/2027 (8 days / 7 nights).
It is possible to organize lunches and dinners. To clarify the details, please contact the organizing committee in advance (before the deadline for accepting applications).
There are also markets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
When one person is accommodated in a room designed for two, the cost is paid for two people.
The location of specific rooms is determined based on the stated number of people staying in the room and the current availability of the room stock.
Accompanying persons and guests included by the Organizing Committee in the pre-prepared lists may attend the rehearsals of the participant accompanied by them, as well as attend events in accordance with the schedule and established rules of the competition and festival.
The above amounts include accommodation, as well as use of the indoor pool, Turkish bath and fitness center.
To book a stay, you must transfer it to the account of the Organizing Committee:
cost of accommodation;
the fee for participation in the competition is for the participants of the competition;
the fee for participation in the festival is for the participants of the festival.
The cost of accommodation and participation fees are paid in one payment to the account of the Organizing Committee indicated in the confirmation letter. Persons who have not made the payment within the established time frame are not allowed to participate in the competition and related events.
Immediately after payment, it must be sent to the Organizing Committee’s email address. ca@caspiartcompetitions.com a bank receipt or statement. The subject of the letter should indicate the purpose of the payment, the last name and the first name of the participant of the contest or festival. In the text of the letter it is necessary to indicate the surnames and names of accompanying persons.
If all the places in the main hotel are filled, the Organizing Committee has the right to accommodate some of the participants in nearby hotels.
If a participant, accompanying person, or guest fails to attend the contest or festival, the money paid will not be refunded.

Request from the concertmaster (accompanist)
At the request of the participant of the competition or festival, the Organizing Committee may provide an accompanist. In the appropriate box of the application, it is necessary to indicate that an accompanist is required, and attach the notes of the competition or festival program. After reviewing the request, the Organizing Committee will contact the participant to agree on the terms of the concertmaster.
Transfer
At the request of the participants, it is possible to arrange a transfer along the airport — hotel — airport route.
The cost of the transfer depends on the number of passengers and the type of transport. To arrange a transfer, you must contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
Payment procedure
Payment is made after submitting the application and receiving confirmation of participation from the Organizing Committee.
All payments related to events, including the cost of accommodation, fees for participation in the competition and festival, as well as other stipulated payments, are made exclusively through the Organizing Committee.
The payment details are sent by the Organizing Committee together with the confirmation of the application for participation by e-mail ca@caspiartcompetitions.com .
By submitting an application for participation, the participant confirms his agreement with the terms of the events.
