There will be no changes in the dates of the competition and festival (04/05/2026 – 04/12/2026), accommodation conditions and financial conditions of accommodation, conditions of participation in the competition and festival (financial conditions and which program they can participate in).
Due to the great interest in the project, there are many wishes and suggestions, and additions are possible in this regard (partners will be added, respectively, posters of the competition and festival will be produced indicating the partners, international ensembles, choirs and orchestras from among the participants of the events, solo, ensemble, choral and orchestral workshops are possible on the dates of the above events classes and concerts, the organization of an international conference on the same dates, as well as the organization of a competition for creative, methodological and scientific papers, a solfeggio competition, etc. on the same dates). If the organizing committee of the above-mentioned events decides to create international ensembles, choir and orchestra, then this will be announced by 02/28/2026 and notes will be sent to everyone who wants to participate (in the ensemble, choir, orchestra) for learning.

We will be glad to welcome you to our International Art Competition CASPI ART SANAT and the International Festival CASPI ART FEST, which will be held in the hall and on the stage of a beautiful 5-star hotel, which is one of the best in the region, on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. We are sure that the combination of the festival, the competition, recreation and communication will leave the contestants and their accompanying persons with only positive emotions.
International festivals and competitions open up new creative horizons, give an incentive to create, perform, and surprise. And most importantly, festivals and competitions connect generations, the experience of professionals and the desire of young people to reach the heights of creativity.
The idea of the international festival and competition is an opportunity for creative teams and individual performers and participants to demonstrate their creative abilities. The international competition opens up new creative horizons for all talented people.
Our International Competition and Festival is organized on a broad democratic platform, is a public event, therefore, students and graduates, as well as teachers of children’s music schools, children’s art schools, colleges and gymnasiums of arts, houses and centers of children’s, folk art, students of educational institutions, art schools, schools, conservatories, ensembles, orchestras and choirs, students, graduates and teachers of music and art academies, as well as other educational institutions, representing all types and genres of artistic creation represented in the regulations of our competition.
The competition uses not a competitive, but a qualification principle for evaluating the competition program, taking into account the age of the participants.
Each participant is free to choose the repertoire for the competition. The participants of the competition in the musical genre can perform works by sheet music or by heart.
The purpose of the international competition and festival is to identify talented, bright and creative individuals, as well as the opportunity to share creative achievements.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use and distribute (without payment of royalties to participants) video recordings, printed and other products produced during and following the above-mentioned events. The Organizing Committee has the right to publish on our official website any video materials sent by the participants of our events at the disposal of the organizing committee.
The conductors of choirs and orchestras (15 or more participants in an orchestra or choir) may, if desired, participate in the composition of the competition jury along with the main jury of the competition.
The jury of the competition cannot evaluate their students and pupils (in this case, their choir, orchestra, and collective, respectively).
Conductors are provided with accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee for the duration of the festival and competition with the participation of their orchestra or choir in the festival or competition (15 or more participants in the orchestra or choir).
The head of the delegation from an organization (public or private) is provided with accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee during the festival and the competition, with the participation of 25 or more contestants from the same organization (educational institution, philharmonic society, etc.), which is represented by the head. If this is a choir or orchestra in the above number, then accommodation at the expense of the organizing committee is provided to both the conductor and the head of the delegation.
Teachers in the nominations specified in the terms of the competition and the festival, who will come to the competition and the festival with their students, can apply for participation in the competition jury, if desired.
The Chairman and members of the jury cannot evaluate their students and students by specialty and their teams.
Also, teachers in their specialty who came to the competition and festival with their students can optionally participate in master classes with the participants of the competition and festival (if desired by the participant).
Piano teachers who have come to the competition and festival with their students or are present at the competition and festival for other reasons can optionally be concertmasters (accompanists) of the participants in the competition and at the concerts of the festival program. After the approval of participation as an accompanist (accompanist), the distribution of the soloist (who came to the competition or festival without an accompanist) is carried out by the organizing committee.
The concertmaster, who accompanies the soloist according to the allocation of the organizing committee, can participate in the competition in the “concertmaster” nomination WITHOUT PAYING a PARTICIPATION FEE (i.e. the jury in this competition program will evaluate the soloist and the concertmaster separately).
After reviewing the applications for participation in the jury, master classes and as a concertmaster (accompanist), you will be contacted by the means of communication indicated in the application.

Certificates will be issued to all members of the jury, participants of master classes and concertmasters.
The list of the Chairman and Members of the jury of the competition will be published on the website by 04/04/2026.
The schedule of the competition and the festival will be published on the website of the competition until 04.04.2026.

Only instrumentalists and vocalists (soloists, ensembles, orchestras and choirs, respectively) can participate in the musical genre of the festival.

All participants are given a certificate of the contest participant.
The results of the competition are summarized in all nominations separately, taking into account the categories.
The jury has the right to award not all prizes.
The number of diplomas in each nomination is unlimited. All participants have Certificates of the contest participant.
For collectives (orchestras, choirs), diplomas and certificates are issued in the name of the collective.
There are Certificates of Appreciation for the heads, teachers and concertmasters of the competition and the festival.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL:
Concerts of soloists, ensembles, orchestras, and choirs are planned at the festival in the musical genre.
The festival participants will participate in the concert program of the festival.
If you wish to give a solo concert or a concert of one ensemble or collective or a concert of a certain organization (educational institution, philharmonic society, etc.) within the framework of the festival, please indicate this in the appropriate column of the application for participation in the festival. The conditions depend on the specific request. You will be contacted after receiving the information.

The venues of concerts and the schedule of concerts and events are determined by the organizing committee of the festival.
Exhibitions are planned in the genre of fine arts and decorative arts of the festival.
The exhibition venues are determined by the organizing committee.
Those who wish can participate in the competition or festival program, as well as in both programs of these events.
The fees for participation in the competition and festival programs are published above.
Additional information on contributions:
* The commission and transfer costs are paid by the contestant! Please make sure that the amount of the funds transferred corresponds to the amount of the participation fee, excluding the bank’s commission (the commission is paid by the contestants themselves, the transfer fee depends on the bank).
* Applications with incomplete payment of the participation fee will be cancelled. If the contribution is not fully paid, the funds will not be refunded.
* Payment of the fee is made after confirmation of your application.
The confirmation will be sent to your email address specified in the application.
* If the contestant changes his mind about participating in the contest after paying the participation fee, the transferred fee will not be refunded.

The contest account for the transfer of funds will be indicated in the confirmation letter of the application for participation.
If the participant fails to appear, the funds will not be refunded.
Hotel accommodation for participants of the contest and festival, persons accompanying the contestants, as well as guests of our events.
Accommodation in the family apartments of the hotel (these are 2, 3 and 4-room apartments in the hotel). The apartments have a kitchen area, which is designed for cooking or reheating food. There is also a refrigerator and kitchen utensils (pots, plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, etc.)

7 nights – 245 EUR per 1 person.
If you wish to stay, for example, in a 2-room apartment for 2 people (instead of the intended three people), the full amount is paid as written above for 3 people. The rest of the apartments follow the same principle.
Prior to arrival at the apartment, a deposit of 50 euros per person is left to the hotel as a material guarantee for the transfer of property to the hotel in the condition in which it was received for hire.
For the participants of the competition and the festival and the persons accompanying the participants, as well as for the guests of our events, on the basis of applications, the organizing committee will allocate certain apartments in the hotel.
According to the list prepared in advance by the organizing committee, on the basis of applications and the above payments, persons accompanying the contestants and guests can participate in rehearsals of the accompanied contestant, as well as at events according to the schedule and rules of the competition and the festival.
The above amounts include accommodation, indoor pool, Turkish bath, fitness center.
To book a hotel apartment, the participants of the contest and the festival, as well as the persons accompanying the contestants, must transfer 245 EUR (accommodation fee) to the organizing committee’s account + the fee for participation in the competition (for the participants of the competition) + the fee for participation in the festival (for the participants of the festival).
The deposit amount (50 EUR) is payable upon arrival at the hotel to the hotel representative.

Payment for accommodation and participation fee are accepted in one payment.All the above-mentioned payments of the participants of the competition, as well as persons accompanying the participants of the competition, are paid to the account of the organizing committee of the competition indicated in the confirmation letter for participation in the competition. Persons who have not paid payments within the specified time to the account of the organizing committee indicated in the letter will not be allowed to participate in the competition, as well as in events related to the competition. Immediately after payment (on the day of payment), please send an e-mail to the organizing committee ca@caspiartcompetitions.com a bank statement (payment receipt) specifying in detail in the subject of the letter the purpose of the transfer, the last name and the first name of the participant of the contest or festival or the person. In the text of the letter, specify the names and surnames of the participant’s accompanying persons.
If the hotel seats are filled by the participants of the competition, the organizing committee may accommodate some of the participants in neighboring family apartments.
If a participant, escort, or spectator fails to attend the contest or festival, the funds will not be refunded.
Request from the accompanist:
At the request of the participant of the competition and the festival, the organizing committee can provide an accompanist. Please indicate in the application for participation in the competition or festival in the appropriate box that an accompanist is required and upload the sheet music (competition or festival program). You will be contacted about the conditions for providing an accompanist.
An application for participation in a competition or festival (with a request for an accompanist) must be submitted no later than 02/10/2026.
Transfer
The nearest airports to the hotel are in Alanya (about a 40-minute drive from the hotel) and Antalya (about a 2-hour drive from the hotel).
At the request of the contestant, an airport–hotel transfer is possible. The cost of the transfer depends on the number of passengers and transport (about 12 EUR and above per passenger one way).
Regarding the transfer, please contact the organizing committee of the contest from 03/20/2026 to 03/25/2026.
Payment is made after submitting an application for participation and receiving confirmation of participation from the organizing committee of the competition. The terms of payment are in the competition regulations.
In the categories of fine arts and decorative and applied arts, the presence of contestants at the competition is optional. It is enough to submit the work to the competition. These participants of the competition can send the works with the persons leaving for the competition. In this case, the contestant pays only the participation fee. Accordingly, in the presence of the contestant himself, the stay at the hotel is paid, as well as the participation fee.
All payments related to our events (payment for accommodation, payment of fees for participation in the competition and festival, and others) are made only through the organizing committee of the events. The payment details will be sent by the organizing committee with confirmation of the application for participation by e-mail ca@caspiartcompetitions.com
When applying for participation in the above–mentioned competition and festival before 11/20/2025 and when paying for hotel accommodation and participation fee before 12/01/2025, the discount on accommodation and fees is 10%.
Additions to the regulations of the events will be available until 11/08/2025.
